I love oatmeal for breakfast. Also, I remember reading something somewhere about coconut oil being good for you, so I'll definitely have to try it your way. It really sounds interesing. I make steel cut oatmeal most mornings. I usually just add 2 teaspoons of flaxseeds, then either blueberries or strawberries.
